The hotel has excellent facilities but lacks cleanliness; the bed is very comfortable, yet the pillows are relatively hard. Despite the missing glass, my stay was enjoyable in Palermo.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent beds and some snacks provided, but they were not well maintained or very clean. The service was decent with available dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a paid shuttle service. The location was satisfactory in a fairly residential area of the city, close to three important avenues. The dining options offered a healthy assortment, though the facilities were lacking in maintenance.
The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood in Palermo, offering excellent facilities in the rooms with a kitchenette but lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. The location is fairly residential but close to good small restaurants and the impressive gardens of BA. However, there is a wine bar just around the corner for convenience.
